Dr. Zachary Okhah

Dr. Zachary Okhah is an Ivy League–trained plastic surgeon specializing in Brazilian Butt Lift procedures and precision liposuction. After completing a five-year surgical residency at the Alpert Medical School of Brown University, Dr. Zach relocated to Miami where he would later come to work with us at Smart Plastic Surgery.

To enhance his expertise, Dr. Zach underwent a seven-month mentorship with Miami’s renowned BBL specialist, Dr. Constantino Mendieta. With a foundation rooted in advanced surgical technique, attentive patient care, and strict safety protocols, Dr. Zach brings over thousands of hours of surgical experience to Smart Plastic Surgery.

He is especially recognized for refining his signature procedure, the Athletic Brazilian Butt Lift, as well as developing a tailored approach for smaller-framed patients known as the Skinny BBL. Dr. Zach continues to grow a loyal patient base through consistently outstanding results.
